You must obtain aΒ valid Return Merchandise AuthorizationΒ (RMA) number fromΒ TrincosΒ before returning any product. Returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned at your expense.Β Β

Ship your package to the address provided in your RMA confirmation. UsingΒ an incorrect returnΒ addressΒ mayΒ delayΒ Β orΒ voidΒ processing.Β Β

3. Overgood & Unidentified ReturnsΒ Β
Any product returned that does not match the original RMA authorization ("Overgood")Β or thatΒ containsΒ incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorized items mayΒ be returned toΒ the senderΒ additionalΒ processing fee,Β returnΒ freight chargesΒ and handling cost mayΒ applyΒ
