This Payment & Security Policy explains how Trincos manages, processes, and protects payment information across our global platform. By making a payment on Trincos, users agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Trincos supports secure international payments through major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, authorized bank transfers, and trusted third-party payment gateways. All payments processed through our platform are transmitted using industry-standard security protocols, including encrypted connections designed to safeguard sensitive financial data.
All card payments are processed exclusively through third-party payment processors that are certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Trincos does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, magnetic stripe data or other sensitive data
During payment processing, we may collect essential billing information such as your name, email address, billing address, transaction amount, and limited payment-related details required to complete the transaction. This information is used solely for processing payments, preventing fraud, managing refunds, resolving disputes, and complying with tax obligations, and meeting applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Payment-related data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, comply with accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback management, sanctions screening, and other regulatory requirements under applicable U.S. federal and state laws.
Trincos does not sell or rent payment information to third parties. Information may be shared with certified payment processors, financial institutions, fraud-prevention providers, logistics partners, or regulatory authorities strictly as required to complete transactions, investigate fraud, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our Terms of Service.
Fraud Monitoring & Transaction Verification
Trincos employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual activities. Buyers may be required to provide identity verification and additional supporting documentation as reasonably requested for fraud prevention, transaction validation, sanctions screening, or regulatory compliance purposes before processing continues.Trincos reserves the right to suspend, delay, decline, reverse or cancel any transaction that is fraudulent or unauthorized, Fails verification procedures, violates applicable laws and platform rules, or Involves suspected payment abuse or excessive chargebacks. Multiple disputed transactions or chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions. Trincos reserves the right to contest chargebacks in accordance with applicable card network rules and payment processor procedures.
Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
Refunds and cancellations, are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law. Users agree to contact Trincos Customer Support prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute where reasonably possible. Filing abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated administrative or processing costs to the extent permitted by applicable law. Chargeback procedures are governed by the rules of the respective card network and payment processor. Trincos is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or intermediary banks.
External Payment Service Providers
Certain transactions on Trincos may be processed through external financial service providers or acquiring banks. These providers operate under their own privacy policies, and compliance frameworks. Users are encouraged to review their policies for additional clarity.
Trincos acts as the merchant of record unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout. Distributors or suppliers are not responsible for payment processing, fraud claims, or chargebacks initiated through the Trincos platform.
Sanctions Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
Trincos complies with applicable U.S. sanctions laws and export control regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Transactions may be screened against government sanctions lists.
Trincos reserves the right to refuse, block, suspend, or cancel any transaction involving restricted persons, entities, geographic regions, or activities prohibited under applicable U.S. law.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their transactions comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Security Limitations & Incident Response
While Trincos implements commercially reasonable and globally recognized security measures designed to safeguard payment information, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. In the event of a payment-related security incident affecting personal information, Trincos will investigate promptly and provide notice to affected individuals as required under applicable U.S. federal or state data breach notification laws.

This Policy may be updated periodically to comply with evolving regulations, enhance security practices, or introduce new payment methods. Changes become effective upon publication on this page unless otherwise required by law.
