By connecting the built-in USB-C connector to a source device that supports USB DisplayPort Alt Mode, you can output 4K video and digital audio to an HDMI monitor, television or projector without installing special software drivers. The U444-06N-H3UC2 is compliant with both DP 1.4 and DP 1.2.

Transmits Crystal-Clear 4K Video with HDR and 4:4:4 Color
The U444-06N-H3UC2 supports Ultra HD video resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 (4K x 2K) at 60 Hz, when connected to a DisplayPort 1.4 source device, and 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz when connected to a DisplayPort 1.2 source. It also supports HDR, providing a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks that pop on your 4K display. HDCP 2.2 compliance allows you to stream 4K Amazon and Netflix content with no complications. This adapter also supports 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or using your HDTV as a PC monitor.

Connects USB Peripherals and Transfers Data at Fast USB 3.2 Gen 1 Speeds
Three USB-A ports accept USB peripherals, such as a flash drive, mouse and keyboard, and share up to 5V 1.6A (8W) for charging and powering connected devices. One port is capable of 5V 1.5A (7.5W) power output for quickly charging mobile phones and other devices. The three ports transfer data at speeds up to 5 Gbps, which is 10 times faster than USB 2.0. The port is backward compatible with previous USB generations, so you can continue using older peripherals while getting high-speed performance from new devices. PD 3.0 Charging Port Charges High-Powered Devices via AC Wall Charger
The USB-C Power Delivery port provides power output up to 20V 5A (100W), which is more than sufficient for charging and powering the connected source device, such as a MacBook or Chromebook. Connect the device's charger to the PD port using a USB-C cable rated for 5A, such as the U420-006-5A (sold separately, see www.tripplite.eaton.com for details). Note: USB-C PD port does not support Quick Charge (QC).
