The service you will receive will be dependent on your location and the issue with the product. our target is to be Onsite within 2 working days and for Products taken back to a repair centre we aim to have the product repaired within 5 days (excluding transport time) CoverPlus does not cover replacement of items designated as maintenance items that have reached the end of their life. CP pack valid for 3 years or 500 Km of print whichever comes first.
